Sometimes my radio volume fluctuates, mostly at low speeds, or that's when I notice it.

I looked everywhere, but did not see any setting where speed controls this. Some cars have this setting that automatically controls volume according to the MPH of the car.

Does this car have this option?

If it doesn't maybe it's the radio flipping between HD and analog?

It does have speed sensitive volume, it is called Bose audio pilot. It does it automatically on this car, where as on some of the older Infiniti models you can adjust how much you want it to fluctuate.

Ahh, I saw that setting but wasn't sure. I will have to check it again. I think I have it off.

I noticed the same thing but it's the HD radio going in and out at times.

I suspect it is what Sphinx said, not the Audio Pilot. Audio Pilot, is basically speed sensitive volume, is hardly noticeable. But when HD radio switches over to analog, not only does volume change, but the whole tone of the audio changes (not in a good way). I suspect that's what you're experiencing. I get it on one short stretch of road near my house on the station I listen to the most.
