I don't know if it is because I've looked at so many cars that some things start to blend together or I'm just totally not remembering the last time I looked at/test drove a Q50, but are there vents for the back seat passengers for AC/Heat?? Are they there on the back of the center arm rest??

Yep. There are also tunnels under the front seats that supply hot air for rear passengers.

Had a friend in the backseat last weekend. She said the AC back there was fine. The vent is on the back of the center armrest.
