I don't know what he did, but my son was playing with the driver's side rear window and it ended up getting stuck in the down position. With some fiddling of the switch, we managed to get it back up, but I'm afraid to put it down again until it's been looked at.

Anyone else ever have this happen?

There is a button that you push up and down to lock the passenger and back windows. That's probably what he pressed.

Couldn't have been that. I was driving the car at the time. It could have been a failsafe on the motor to not burn it out. Maybe he was stressing the switch or something. I'm afraid to play with it since I don't want it to get stuck down again with our rainy weather here :) I'll have the dealer look at it on Wed. No reason to open the windows around here now anyway :)

Ahhhh! Hmmmm...that does sound weird! Update us with your progress! Might be helpful if some of us come across that ordeal at some point!

I've heard of this happening (on other models) but by the time I see it the window is always working. I suspect you are right and there is some sort of fail safe that keeps the motor from overheating.
