probably just heat it up and fish wire it off.. why would you want to take that off though, it isnt the mesh design behind the emblem, you'll be left with a oval patch.

I just think the front of mine would look better without it because I have white with the black grill.
I can't tell you why, but when I'm in front of the car the infiniti emblem seems out of place with the flow of things.
Like my gut feeling is it would look better with just the black grill and no emblem.

Nevermind.
I went out to the garage and just looked at it.
I took the platic cover over the radiator off and reached in and un-clipped the emblem.

There is a hole/indentation in the middle of the grill where it goes.
So the emblem needs to stay on.

Just paint the emblem black or black chrome, would blend much better.

It sucks they made it like that, but at least they went through all the work to make a placeholder for the badge.

Might just have to wait for aftermarket grilles

Was thinking about doing this do I could black it out. Not sure if it's worth the trouble though
