Ok..This may be a crazy question but are there any signficant differences between the AWD and RWD? I don't live in an area that gets much snow.. if even get any. What how would AWD benefit me? I'm purchasing rather than leasing and I'm thinking I could use the approximately 2k that I would have spent on AWD and put that towards the Deluxe Touring Package. Thoughts?

Update: I just found another thread that answers this question.

It's mostly for areas where there is a lot of rain and/or snow. Where I live (Seattle area), it's been very nice to have AWD since even if it's not snowing, you get better traction in the rain (which we get a lot of around here).

Otherwise, if you live in a dry climate, I can't see any advantage.

the advantage of AWD is not only in wet & snow areas is that it handles better on dry pavement.
Maybe full time AWD, but the AWD in the Q50 (and the other models) is only enabled when the rear tires slip. I don't see that happening on dry pavement much if at all.
