Not sure if it would help, but I saw a video of a mustang owner that shoved some kind of foam in their exhaust to greatly quiet down the cold start. It seemed to work well.

Wouldn't an X or H-Pipe help quiet down the exhaust. I can't see selling my car because of my neighbors. I'd tell them which nut they could suck.

Good point. Second owner, no accidents, 40k is a feeler. People will try to talk me down no matter what price so may as well start higher. Like 10k in parts in it too so I’d still not be “making money” lol 😉

If there were a way to disable the waste gates being fully open on cold start, I'd be very interested. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a solution to "code" a Q50 for that.

I'm not selling my car because of someone else. Honestly, looking at your parts I can't imagine it being loud at all. Also, like @Brianq50sport and @darien87 said, unless your sitting there revving I can't imagine your disturbing their life that much that it warrants you selling YOUR CAR.

Going off what @damonb10 said, ECS sells insanely cheap cutouts that are a pretty simply DIY project if you (correctly) choose to keep the car. Could maybe go back to stock and just install the cutouts for once your out of earshot to open.
