GLOB also alerts you to red light cameras and speedtraps. As a driver, you can easily input a red light camera, speedtrap or accident by pushing a button on the interface (it then prompts you if the "incident" in on the other side of the road.
Try Waze. Also, Google acquired Waze like 6 months ago, and announced last week that they are now using real time user data to update Google Maps.Very cool. Thanks for sharing!

The Waze social app seems to be on iTunes though. I'm guessing that's what you are referring to?
