i have tried everything, any new insight on this?
This is actually a design flaw with the inTouch system, not an XM issue from what I discussed with the engineers. It was by design and is being addressed in the next software update. This is just what I heard from the engineer that came to do a diagnosis on my car when they had it at the dealer. I could be wrong...You need to unlock them everytime you start the car.. it is actually a glitch with the software xm wrote.. it has been addressed and will be part of the update that is coming soon
that still doesnt work...You need to unlock them everytime you start the car.. it is actually a glitch with the software xm wrote.. it has been addressed and will be part of the update that is coming soon
Had the same problem and called Siriusxm. If you are in Canada, they only give you the basic channels and have to pay $4.00/month during the trial period to get the premium channels.that still doesnt work...
Thanks for the update, hopefully a software update or reinstall will solve the problemWas able to get the channels to work by unlocking, but it re-locks every time I start the car. Already complained to the dealer. This needs to be fixed with the software update.
