Will the installation of the springs/coilovers disrupt my lease---will be ok as long as I retain the original parts?

There will be no issues if returned to stock. Some dealerships don't care if the car is lowered on springs but coilovers are usually an issue if not removed.
This is my 3rd leased vehicle which I modified and no lease issues.
As Mark says, just return it to stock when lease is up

Rule of thumb in the leasing world. as long as you can return it to stock... you are good to go! so... cutting and painting somethings maybe out of the question.
if you have room... store everything you take off. =P
