Hey Guys,
Just picked up my Q50 a couple of weeks ago. Overall I really really like the Car.
What prevents me from loving the car is the waiting:
1) The InTouch boot time (Feels like at least 60s for all the apps to Load). I realize I can start driving right away and come back to it a couple of minutes later, but would rather not have to.
2) Slow Responsiveness to touch actions. I always see/feel the InTouch system lagging about a second behind (i.e. between menus, when using the nav system touch screen, when shifting to the backup/front cameras).
I'm not sure if it's a matter of software optimization, or if Infiniti chose a CPU that was way too underpowered. Does the NAV access speed suffer because the maps are stored an SD card?
If they could ramp up the intouch experience so that it feels as responsive as say, an iPad, that'd be awesome.
