Looking sick man! Not sure how I feel about the wheels as Plastidip has been letting me down lately. But im actually really digging the carbon wrap inside and might try that! Did you pop the pieces off to do it? And if so was it hard to remove?

Thanks bro. I knew you wouldnt like the plastidip wheels. Lol. I popped all the trim pieces out to make the install perfect and smooth. It is not hard to do at all. I just followed the manual on this link:

Index of /FSM/Q50/2014 Q50

It is the INT for the doors and IP for the center console. Let me know if you need help.

Ironically, I really like the G37 pics (old), but I'm not feeling the Q50 pics (new)....I have this same color/model Q50 too...I like 'murdered out' look, but for some reason this is looking like a Hyundai to me now...

I wouldn't normally say this stuff, but it's not permanent anyways- it's just plasti-dip so it could always be undone...but each to their own.

The plastidip on the wheels is just temporary until i buy after market wheels, which will be in a year or two. I was going to dip it in Anthracite Gray, but that takes off on the whole Black Mamba theme that i am going for. As for the chrome trim around the car, i practically hate it. Lol. But thanks for the input.

I'm confused? Is it the "murdered out" look that makes it look like a Hyundai or the plasti dip? I think the car looks dope, makes me wish I went with the OB.

Did you do the chrome wrap yourself? If so, any tips for the grill? I've done wraps myself on previous cars, but by the looks of it, to get that smooth finish all around without creases, you would think a big sheet of vinyl would be needed.

I did it with a sheet of vinyl big enough to cover the whole grill. Take your time and heat/stretch the middle instead of stretching the part thats actually covering the chrome.

Thanks! How big of a sheet did you need to order (if you remember)?

I thought about it too and was going to buy it already, but the Black Mamba in me said no. Lol. I have to get used to the black wheels because that is what i will be getting next. ;)

Yes i did it myself. Not perfect, but good enough for my first try. As @Vancity808 said, use a big sheet, work your way from the center outwards, and take your time. Good luck!
