There's always one...

He always does good tear down videos. The fact that we leave ~1 quart of oil in the pan because of the drain plug location (yes, I realize this is not news) just reinforces the need to change the oil often!
I wonder who that engine used to belong to that came on here and posted that Infiniti denied their warranty claim?

That's exactly what I was thinking while I watched this lol
He;s funny...he said "wonder if this person changes their oil now that they had to replace a 4 or 5 thousand dollar engine"

More quality casting on the cam covers. broke a couple of tabs off of it with hardly any force at all.
This video is certainly not a good look for customers who fume that their powertrain warranty engine replacement is denied due to oil sludge. Absolutely no reason not to change the oil at minimum 10k mile intervals given the DIC maintenance reminder tells you to do so...
I can't imagine what the thought process was for the plastic lower oil pan and the stupid drain plug placement, aside from saving a few dollars and being lazy with design.
Anyone figure out why he blurred out where the water pump connected after removing the pump?

Too explicit. It’s a family video after all!

Apparently it reminds him of a phallic symbol...
I can see it now.... Spent thousands on wheels, crappy tires, airbag suspension, carbon fiber duckbill trunk lid, front fenders and headlight eyebrows. Oil? Who needs oil?...
I have never seen so much bitching about this and that!! Put me off after the first 3 mins of the video.
Hahah I just bought a used 2020, this vid literally made me go out and peek down the oil fill just in case 🤣. Have all the maintenance records but still had to peek in anyway lol
Nice and pristine in there fortunately

the youtube algorithm will sometimes flag it and block/demonitize the video.
