Question. Have an iphone in case that makes a difference. When I receive a text I can see it on the screen, but after reading it it gives me the choice of either texting back or calling the person. I'm aware that due to Apple close looped security we are unable to reply to a text, but I'm also unable to call back from that screen. Why is that? Please tell me I'm doing something wrong.
