Does anybody know if Infiniti will void our warranty if we install Coilovers?

I dont think so. I spoke to them about my exhausts and they said it wouldnt void my warrenty. Speak to your dealer, I think if anything were to go wrong, it would only void the warrenty of the parts having to do woth the coilovers. However the rest of the car would still be covered. Say if your engine had a problem, they wouldnt refuse to replace whatevers needed under warrenty just because you have coilovers.

NOPE!!! Not unless your mod breaks a OEM part on the car.

.
Coilovers could cause excessive wear on some suspension parts such as bushings. So if you tried to warrenty that due to excessive wear, theyd probably blame that on your coilovers, otherwise I think youre good.

they have to prove that the coilovers caused the failure.

like vancity808 mentions.

you obviously dont have warranty for the suspension anymore. and bushings might also be void. really depends on the dealer.
Good to know! If anything, I like urethane bushings better anyway! Hopefully a company makes one soon for the Q50! Well...maybe some parts fit already though! Maybe something from Whiteline or Energy Suspension!
You could always swap the regular suspension on when you take it in for service so they'll never even knownyou had a coilover on in the first place. ;)

Great. thanks for the inputs.

I am pulling the trigger next week.

Cant stand the 4x4 look anymore.
so is it confirmed and tested that i can put 20x9 & 20x10.5 rims on my car with the DAS and everything will work fine?
Should be! Habe your das recalibrated just to be sure or talk to your dealer!

Your very own gbert15 has coils on DAS. Sick stance. Check out his build thread http://www.infinitiq50.org/forum/new-2014-infiniti-q50-pictures/6225-oreo-build-thread.html

Im not really that low actually man! Hmmm....i think i have to put something underneath the car to get some reference but the driveway entrance @ work is actually narrow and a little steep! I even scraped once while still on stock suspension but thankfully its not visible cuz it was more under the bumper! Just angle it properly and might have to go low and slow on those roads with bumps!
the little rubber wind deflectors in front of my tires scrapes on the speedbumps going in and out of my school as you have to go up a pretty steep hill to enter the parking lot.. you think the front bumper will scrape?

Hard to say bro! I actually took off those rubber deflectors! Maybe have a friend take a pic of the entry point of the slope! Maybe also when going down that slope to see what your clearance is then judge from there! You can always consider to run a wheel and tire set up with a larger overall diameter!
