That's my experience but some guys have good luck with LC and TC on if their tires aren't sticky.

Apparently the addition of the Syvecs AWD Controller w/500+hp helps the 0-60 and 1/4 times, too:

DAV's Q60 1/4 mile in the 10s

0-60 in 3.1 secs - on.stock.turbos.
1/4 mi. in 10.96 secs (Dragy)

This highly depends on your tune and or if the tuner has figured out the launch control.
I had the same issue where my 60 ft was 2.2 with one tuner and 1.6 with another.
