The long awaited update:
Finally got the 2019+ InTouch infotainment system working in place of the last gen InTouch. Honestly have to say this thing is awesome. Super responsive, CarPlay, genuinely fantastic navigation system (prefer it over Waze if not for the law enforcement aspect - also gets data over wifi/hotspot instead of an SD card), and all around better experience.

Been waiting a while to share because I was waiting on the lower screen assembly (didn't realize they changed the resolution :/ )

How it works
I designed and built an adapter harness to connect all of the various old modules (DCU/AVCU/NAV) into the new consolidated AVCU. Then it was just a matter of adapting the pin outs.

The only difference that allows this system to be fully functional is my custom TCU module. It connects to the vehicle CAN bus and then connects to a separate terminated CAN line to the new AV system. This allows me to modify the few CAN signals that were needed to make the system work as though it was in a 2020.

Below are some pics. Open to any questions or comments. I can also upload a video. The new system is very responsive and not laggy in the slightest. Everything works as OEM right now except a few misconfigurations in programming that I am using CONSULT to remove tomorrow (I don't have driver assist stuff, just gonna turn that off)

Few here speak Chinese, so I'm not sure what you are doing here other than selling merchandise.
I trust you lol, feel free to DM me. I just bought one from a scammer and had to do venmo G&S. I just want that knob + boot.
Do you have a preference regarding red or white stitching (e.i. Red Sport or standard)? I'm assuming white stitching would be your preference
Well I'm heavily interested in this project as a 2014 hybrid owner. Let me know if you need another tester. Electronics engineer by schooling here but I've been out the field for a while.
At the time being it's only being tested on 2016+ vehicles optioned with Bose Performance Audio system. Not to say it can't work on other models, but that's what's being tested currently.

I don't care personally. Either or. Whatever you have on hand.

I've got the Bose system and I'm still willing to test
这里很少有人会说中文,所以我不确定你在这里除了卖商品之外还做什么。

I don't sell goods. I'm a purely personal hobby
很失望英菲尼迪在中国只卖2.0t发动机

How did you get your system working and what year is your car?

The post has already made it clear that it is necessary to replace the two oem screens above and below, as well as the cd player and wiring harness. The most difficult part is the wiring harness
If you want to communicate your experience to this forum, I'd suggest you translate your posts to English first. Mandarin isn't spoken here and few, if any, will bother to translate your posts.
除了两个 oem 屏幕和线束,您还需要做什么?

The improvement in agility sounds exciting to me, or I really go crazy when it's dull.
In some cases. The dealer near me is willing to program it, but I am working on a solution. I am going to INFINITI today and will be recording the CONSULT programming signals sent over CAN. Going to use the info that Evan @HPT gave me.

It's the same issue you get when you install a new factory DCU. As always, you can skip this if you find an AV control unit from a similar spec car. In my case everything is correct except for Around View Monitor/FEB.
Waiting for your further sharing.
With changing to a 2019+ system, how is the data connection for maps, etc... handled? Is it an integrated 4G connection? Or will this system have to rely on a connected mobile phone hotspot or similar?
The probability is to have a mobile phone hotspot.
Waiting for your further sharing.
I can share this with you:

It has taken so long to sort this out that the Chinese have stepped in to mass produce it.
