Don't know if this is a repeat thread, but has anyone found any Winter Rims that can fit the Q50S? I am looking for 18s or 19s. The only one i know of are the Fast Wheels Synergy, but they don't look so good.

Thanks

Use the stock wheels for winter and get some nice wheels for summer! :D
Ya, it's been dealt with in several posts earlier this fall. Here's my 18 x 8 Core Racing Kobe wheels from Kal Tire.

Thanks Dude, btw what tire size you used? I am thinking about using 225/60/18.

That s exactly what I'm doing. I have Michelin Xicei3 on the factory alloys, and will get something nicer in the spring.

Snow tires are 245/45-18. Overall diameter matches the OEM 19" tire/wheel package so no speedometer/odometer issues.

Good call on Kal, I got the Core Racing OBSIDIAN. I saw yours, how's the clearance btw with brakes? I found the 40 offset too close to the calipers.

Tires I went 225/45/18.. Somewhat close to the 3%

Close is okay as long it's not touching! The offset on the Obsidians is 41 compared to 40 on the Kobes. Now that's close! I like the look of the Obsidians. What colour is your car?

I went black on black on black. You know whats messed up, i am missing two hub ring covers or w.e they're called. I contacted Core Racing, however i think i should go through Kal Tires.

Btw any 1 know the accurate torque for the lugs for the Q50S?

Yea, i think that makes more sense but then again i dont really like the look of our stock wheels compared to the aftermarket wheels I bought! :D

U mean the center caps?

Hmmm...maybe 100lbs? Not sure but that's what Ive been going with since my G35!

Win!
That's what everyone needs to do.

Even just nice wheels with a cheap coilover setup will do you well.

The term I think you're referring to is "hub centric rings".

I'm thinking 225/50-18 for a winter sneaker. A smidge larger than the stock 245/40-19 on a Q50S.

Might fill the "dead cat hole" a little better but only by .53%
