They are Powerstop calipers, not Akebono, if that matters to the OP. Seller mislabeled his calipers that are for sale.Dude. Look up 1 thread from yours on the forum.

He states that they're Akebono despite what's printed on the finish. Not sure how that works, but that's what he's said. They are Powerstop calipers, not Akebono, if that matters to the OP. Seller mislabeled his calipers that are for sale.
My understanding was that Powerstop are remanufactured Akebono's. I could be wrong though. They are Powerstop calipers, not Akebono, if that matters to the OP. Seller mislabeled his calipers that are for sale.
You're correct. My understanding was that Powerstop are remanufactured Akebono's. I could be wrong though.
WOW. That's a steal. Then again, once you piece together the rears, rotors and pads, it probably works out about the same as the big vendors. If you're not in a hurry, amazon still has it for $145 (front) - remanufactured akebono. Should be back in stock next month, if not sooner.

Wait, which big vendor? I thought Powerstop is already a big aftermarket vendor. I think when I did the math back when I had the maxima, it'd cost me around ~600 to upgrade both front and back to BBK - everything included except S/S brake lines.WOW. That's a steal. Then again, once you piece together the rears, rotors and pads, it probably works out about the same as the big vendors.
Summit has the fronts in stock for almost that cheap. $177.99
Funny that the OP hasn't responded since his initial post. Guess he's not in much of a hurry or already found what he was looking for.
I meant the companies that sell the kits like Summit or Rock Auto.Wait, which big vendor?
