No point even reading it. It is Jalopnik.

My thoughts as well:rolleyes:
Although, I still had to read it...and coming from Jalopnik, that's actually a pretty darned good review. I disagree with him that it is not fun to drive, but it seemed like he was struggling with finding things to say bad about the car. After test driving the Lexus, Audi, Mercedes, BMW, the Q50 is equally as fun to me to drive as the 335i, and significantly more fun than Lexus, Audi, and Mercedes. Also, not sure how he thinks that the interior is boring, especially when comparing to BMW and Lexus. I find BMW and Lexus interior extremely boring. The only thing I like about the new Lexus F-sport is the moving gauge cluster.

This^^^^
Well written review.

Further reinforces the cars technological prowress. However if you've been a long time fan of Infiniti for performance/sport of past cars like myself, sounds like a disappointment.

People need to start putting the source of the review in the subject.

I am actually surprised that Jalopnick gave the car praise. When i read the topic thread saying Jalopnick is reviewing the Q50 I prepared for the worst. Coming from Jalopnick, it is a very positive review.

Comments from the teenage keyboard kiddie gallery on the other hand ...

Agreed however, some of his points mimic some of the other reviews.
Is it true that the cars exhaust has quieted down? The exhaust note is my favorite part of the G37! Well at least we know ARK Performance will be producing one.
Exhaust note is definitely there in Sport mode

I don't know what's so mediocre about it.

I think the review sounded pretty fair and detailed for the most part.

I would agree. His main negative points were "not up to shenanigans on backroads", transmission shifting, and drive by wire although interesting did not float his boat. All of the Tech comments indicated they were well done. I didn't see anything that would give me pause on getting a Q50.
Wow Doyle.

I just looked at your sig and I noticed that you have one of my favorite Q50 color combos (Red w/ Stone+Maple). I hope you post a lot of nice photos of the car when you get it! Do you have a date for when you're expecting to pick it up?
Sure, the reviewer wasn't on his knees bowing to the vast superiority that is the Q50. But he wasn't ripping the car a "new one" either. And I think it's fair to be critical of the "sportiness" of the car if Inifniti is marketing it as being strong in that area.
