In most cases one would be finally overjoyed that the Q50H that I pre-ordered in June has arrived at the dealer and ready to pickup tomorrow. That would be the case except for the call I received a few hours earlier telling me that my Ton of Zinfandel Grapes will be ready for pickup at 10 AM tomorrow. Somehow as these two events began converging I just knew that this was going to happen. I have no choice on priority. Tomorrow is pickup, Crush and get the grapes ready to start fermentation. Friday will kickoff fermentation so the Q50H will have to wait until Saturday morning when I have enough time to take it all in. Actually both phone calls were highly anticipated and I have to just smile at the coincidence in timing. I can't even plan any road trips for the next few weeks as the fermentations require attention multiple times a day and my garage is now going to be full of fermenting wine while the new car sits on the driveway.

Don't get sour grapes over the timing!

At least you can admire your new beauty in between dealing with the grapes and you can plan your road trip for when you are done.
