Hell ya!,,I m also in the mix)
I’m a little frustrated as I spent a few grand with them a couple weeks before the contest started. I wonder, though I doubt, if they’ll apply even half of what I spent with them this year to entry into this contest!
A new, built to 600HP, Z and twenty grand would be amazing!!

I emailed them, as I did the same thing. They are willing to give credit for the points if you’re willing to return the items and repurchase them.I’m a little frustrated as I spent a few grand with them a couple weeks before the contest started. Roflmao no way! I just got the sway bars installed, the coilovers should be here tomorrow, and the Ark exhaust I ordered has been on the car for a couple weeks now!I emailed them, as I did the same thing. shiiit let me throw my name in there thenThese win a car things from buying a shirt is pretty neat, like the 80Eighty things. I met a guy at a local car meet where he won his Skyline from the 80Eighty thing. I always thought the winners were faked but it was legit, they flew him out to the USA, and he drove the car back all the way to Canada.

They all set them up this way, it’s not technically legal iirc to run a giveaway where purchase is required, it would need to be a raffle instead. It's funny they say no purchase necessary, but you can't get to the entry screen without buying something first..i do need some Tee shirts though
These types of giveaways are very strict in how they are legally run. You can't just "credit" someone entries for a purchase outside of the official rules window of entries....I emailed them, as I did the same thing. Did you click and read the official rules? It's funny they say no purchase necessary, but you can't get to the entry screen without buying something first..i do need some Tee shirts though
They don't make it impossible. They almost always require mail in entries and must follow every direction completely to even be considered for an entry. They all set them up this way, it’s not technically legal iirc to run a giveaway where purchase is required, it would need to be a raffle instead.
The free entry method is to send your information on a paper via mail, also through this method there are unlimited entries but of course they are limited by the speed of the mail. Lots of big names have been catching flak recently cause they aren’t checking the mailbox and are saying the letters are “lost”
TLDR; some companies make it impossible to enter for free, although all are available to enter for free by mail
I don't understand what I bolded above.Did you click and read the official rules?
For those not willing to do the leg work and actually read the rules.
C. Method 3: Mail-in entry – No Purchase of any kind Necessary to Enter. To enter without making a purchase or signing up for an email newsletter, on a plain piece of 3”x5” paper, hand print your complete first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), e-mail address plus daytime telephone number including area code. Mail your entry in a #10 business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed to: Z1Ultimate Z Giveaway Sweepstakes, PO Box 698, Syosset, NY 11791-0698 USA. Your outer-mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which includes a complete first and last name. Mailed entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and invalid. Limit one entry per outermailing envelope. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted. Mail-in entry, including outer-mailing envelope must be handwritten. No mechanically reproduced entries or metered mail permitted. Statements contained in a mail-in entry will not be judged but must be unique; Statements must not in any way reflect negatively upon Sponsor, the Promotion or any other person or entity. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2023 and received by September 7, 2023. Each mail-in envelope will count as five (5) entries, provided that the mail-in entry complies with the above requirements. Mail-in entries that are not in the format specified above, that are illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, or reproduced via photocopier or otherwise will be considered null and void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, postage-due entries or entries not received by the deadline. All material submitted becomes property of Sponsor and will not be returned. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into; requests for confirmation of receipt of mailin entries will not be acknowledged.
Each mail in envelope counts for 5 entries. What is confusing you?I don't understand what I bolded above.
If there is a limit of one entry per outer mailing envelope, how can each mail-in envelope count as 5 entries? Each mail in envelope counts for 5 entries. What is confusing you?
because racecarIf there is a limit of one entry per outer mailing envelope, how can each mail-in envelope count as 5 entries?
I think what they are saying is you can only have one 5x7 card in each envelope and each envelope/card counts as 5 entries. If there is a limit of one entry per outer mailing envelope, how can each mail-in envelope count as 5 entries?
So what would be the mechanics of how a winner is chosen? Obviously it is not throwing all of the "entries" in a really big hat and drawing out one piece of paper.I think what they are saying is you can only have one 5x7 card in each envelope and each envelope/card counts as 5 entries.
In other words, they don't want and won't accept someone mailing 10 cards in one envelope.
RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing to select one Grand Prize winner will be conducted on or about September 8, 2023 from all eligible online purchase, newsletter sign-up and mail-in entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible online purchase and mail-in entries received. So what would be the mechanics of how a winner is chosen? Obviously it is not throwing all of the "entries" in a really big hat and drawing out one piece of paper.
Are the entries entered into some form of software that randomly chooses a winner?
