Is anyone aware of where I could get a full set of radiator hoses? I see a lot for '16 on, but for the '14-'15 models I cannot find a kit. If not does anyone have the part number for them all handy? Thanks!

You won't find a kit for something like that its just two hoses, below website is a good way to find part-numbers I'd recommend double checking to make sure they match the other links.
