Hi, not sure what’s wrong with my audio but my 2014 Q50 3.7 AWD w/ Navi and Bose sound system says audio off since I bought the car, self diagnostics are all green, all fuses are good. I’ve disconnected the battery done soft reset and still can’t get Bluetooth to work the radio or a cd. Never had a Infiniti before so I need some help please and thank you not trying to pay the dealership 300 plus dollars just to tell me what is wrong with it

Whenever my infotainment bugs out, I just hold down the volume nob while the car is running. Reboots the software. Usually fixes any glitches. Worth a shot.
If you haven't already, try to scan for codes. If you don't have a decent scanner, head to an auto parts place - they will typically scan for free.
Mine, also a 2014 3.7 with BOSE, had a similar issue not too long ago. Here is a thread where it was discussed - with no firm resolution. It has since "magically" started working - so I'm thinking there is a questionable connection somewhere.
