I'll preface by saying that the people over at Z1 are great. very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
However, I'm not impressed with their customer service regarding missing packages. A little while ago there was a thread posted title "fast intentions in 3 days" where a forum member purchased a FI exhaust and had it delivered as it was in stock at Z1. in an effort to avoid that 20+ week lead-time I called up Z1 and got the last one.
fast forward a few days later and... Fedex delivered the package to the wrong address. fast forward 3 weeks and FedEx denied the claim and Z1 is now telling me that im SOL. They also told me not to file a dispute with PP because they have proof of delivery. The kicker here? after speaking with Fedex they GAVE ME THE GPS COORDINATES OF WHERE THE DELIVERY SCAN IS! and go figure, its NOT at my building!
Honestly, this is very poor handling of the circumstances by Z1, as I transacted with them not with Fedex. I read their terms for shipping and nowhere does it stipulate anything regarding lost or missing packages.
Essentially now im in limbo, missing my FI exhaust and with no money....
Any help or suggestions?
