I drove the car yesterday without any issues. Started it up this morning and the top screen is normal and says "Audio Off" and the bottom screen is totally black. AC and audio buttons wont do anything. I search showed that most people who have failures have both screens black out or they have both screens but they have no audio. Anyone know enough to venture why only the bottom screen would be blacked out and any way to reset it?

I've had this happen exactly once while out running errands, so it wasn't the first start of the day. When restarted at the next stop I made, things were back to normal and has not repeated the issue. I want to say this was about a year ago, maybe a bit longer.

It was both screens that went blank. But for just one start cycle only. And it was in June of 2024. I remembered I sent a DM to Nick about it, so I looked up that conversation. Sorry, I am of no help...as usual.
