I didn't weigh the stock DDS coils but I think they are a lot heavier than the Silver's coilovers.

Recently I gave away the DDS C/Os when I traded-in my Q60... the set of them have to be 75 lbs, at least.

I still have most of the stock exhaust so that will save some weight later. Every pound matters with these heavy cars.

For comparison, the shipping weight of the Fast Intentions LDPs & resonated CBE is 76 lbs.

OK ...I'll show my ignorance...what is involved in Corner Balancing?

Corner balancing aids in neutral handling and loading the tires equally in the front & rear, respectively. The shop will place your car on scales, and then adjust spring perches in each coilover to make the LF & RF equal and LR & RR equal (w/driver's weight included), as shown here:
