Is $600 too much for rear brake pad replacement?

Brake Pads and Rotors are pretty easy work, honestly would try and do it yourself... That said 2020 model already up for new rotors in the back? How many miles do you have? As that seems a bit early.

As others have said if it includes parts and labor $600 isn't the worst.

I've done brakes plenty of times in the past, it had been a while when I did the Q. I'd say 2.5 hours for front and the backs were a little quicker after I'd done the front. When replacing rotors don't be shy, I used a 2 lb hammer to get the old rotors off. Lots of rust dust fell out on the floor in the process. For a pro in a shop, 1 hour seems plenty realistic.
My expiernece as well, hardest part is usually getting the caliper pins loose if they come off easy I could do the entire job in an hour no question. But I've had cars where a single Pin is rounded off and I fight with it for 3 hours. lol

Rotors are honestly the easiest part of the job. lol

If I get the parts from Infiniti brake pads and rotors, is that all that’s needed? I might order the brakes from the dealership and have my neighbor work on it but not sure if there’s anything else I need to order.
In terms of major components yes that's all you'd need assuming you don't round off any bolts or caliper pins and have all the tools and grease to do the work. Sometimes they don't include stuff like brake pad shims though.

But I can't really provide an itemized list of everything you "might" need as that changes depending on what parts are being ordered and what issues you run into during install.
