The US version looks better though IMO...that reverse light looks like an afterthought. Is that a yellow blinker? I do like those, but not going to pay to change it.

I love circles in taillights. I like the '14-'17 better than the '18+. But they are way too bright red. So, a little tint on the '17- lights, and they are awesome. My shop tinted mine a little too dark. Yes, the JDM tails have amber blinkers. I agree that the reverse light looks out of place.

I'm a fan of the amber! Haven't seen pictures of them on the car itself though. Also disconcerting is that the parts guy at the dealership said they wouldn't work on my 2018. Clearly, the description said otherwise, but he said it was wrong. He eventually dissuaded me, but now they're on sale (again) and wanted to make sure they fit.

I would think they would fit. And that is a good price for JDM. Good luck!
