Q50S Hybrid shakes on acceleration

2014 Q50S Hybrid. A few weeks ago I noticed that the car shakes and struggles to move from 0-3mph. There's a vibration/shake but as I press on the accelerator more the shake disappears. I only notice this when the hybrid engine is NOT involved.

I've also noticed a loss of mpg from 27 to about 24-25.

I also sense that the shifting is off at times as well. Either it jumps or high revs.

Every once in a while I'll notice a similar shakes though more minor when the car is coming to a stop. This sensation is even more rare than the acceleration sensation.

Always serviced at Infiniti with regular oil/filter changes. Brake fluid and transmission fluid recently changed.

I've taken it to 2 dealers and they say everything is fine but their definition of "fine" is that the ecm and sensors don't put out any error codes.

My thoughts are either bad spark plug, bad fuel injector, or dirty throttle body.

Your input is much appreciated. I'd like to get this resolved so I can enjoy driving again.

Long time ago I had 2001 Lexus GS430, the car shakes from 0 to 20 but than the problem disappears. I thought I have a major issue with transmission, but when I took the car to the dealer it turns out to be a bad fuel injector.

There is away you can shutdown the hybrid mode temporarily and run the engine only using sequence of Brake and Acceleration pedal strokes, its called Inspection Mode.

That is VERY helpful information!

I hate how the dealers don't even check for anything unless there's a sensor error. And they brush off any issues/concerns your car has if there's no error messages. I remember the days when you'd take your car to the mechanic and they were such experts that they could listen to you drive up to their shop and identify the problem. Now you have to direct them on what the problem is, how to diagnose it and let them charge you an arm and a leg for doing the labor because everything needs to be reprogrammed after the simplest repair.

Any tips on getting the service dept. to actually diagnose the problem and not just plug it in for sensors?

UPDATE: I enabled the inspection mode as recommended and was able to consistently replicate the issue which allowed me to show the techs. I did a drive with the head tech foreman and we narrowed down the problem to the throttle body and idle program. The foreman mentioned that the spark plugs and fuel injectors for the 2014 model are actually really good quality where as the throttle body is overly sensitive. This is what led us to the throttle body conclusion.

I paid $150 for cleaning throttle body and idle reprogram. The problem hasn't completely resolved but has gotten 90% better. The car IS 3 years old so I'm not expecting it to be like new. Looking under the hood after service, I don't think the tech even cleaned the throttle body really. I think they may have reprogrammed the computer and it resolved it mostly.

In either case I'm satisfied ATM and wanted to share the resolution for everyone and thank the suggestions and everyone's input.

But it should be like new...never settle for when a job is done incomplete or by incompetents. 3-years is nothing and it should still run like when it was new...just MPO;)

For you hybrid sport owners - I'm looking for a used q50s soon (3-4 months tops I hope) and I know 0 about the hybrid until this forum. Someone said it has amazing numbers, but I want to know more about the drivability, any issues, repair reliability ect with something like this as it would be totally new to me. Don't want to get into a car that is hard to work on and make things more potentially problematic for myself, vs just getting a regular sport.
