2020 Q50 Infiniti 3.0t usb-c port usb port nor aux port working I was wondering if the fuses had blown but I don’t know where the fuse for those parts are located

Anybody have any clue? would be helpful thank you

Check fuse #1 (10a) and fuse #7 (15A) in the fuse box located in the driver's footwell.

I checked all the fuses still good

The Aux signal goes to the AV control unit but the USB signals go to the DCU. Perhaps your external data input box has crapped out for some unknown reason or you have a wiring/connector issue between the external data input box and the DCU and the AV control unit. Those are separate connectors though which brings me back to the external data input box as possibly being bad.

How can you tell if the external data box is bad? My Q50 does the same thing and won’t play on the aux or usb nor does my audio come on. Just says audio off.. wonder i a new head unit would fix the problem I’m having with the audio off?

Scan the car with an OBDII scanner that has full car system scanning capabilities or take the car to an auto parts store that will scan your car for free. Post up any DTCs found.
