I’m swapping my Q. If you have a 3.7 it’s very straightforward and very minimal wiring needs to be done. The 3.0T is another level of complication. I’m just using a 370Z transmission, 370Z clutch and flywheel, 370Z brake and clutch pedal and custom length braided clutch lines. I ended up ordering the 6MT Q50 diesel center console as well to make it a factory fit. Feel free to PM me if you need information.
I want to do this to my 2014 Q50S with 72k miles.
I have a fair amount of money into it and the only things that really annoy me are the lack of LSD and the automatic transmission.

I did buy a 2014 Nissan 370Z manual recently...and will supercharge by end of 2022... But the Q50 is just one of the most sexiest sedans you'll ever see.
 
Bro got my car admin tuned N/A and was pushing flame map in 2nd gear going 60 and now the car won’t go past 2nd gear in ‘D’ or won’t switch to semi-manual whatsoever. You think I blew up my transmission or valve body? Should I go for 6 speed 370z manual swap?

13B rotary swap it. You’ll get way better flames, unique idle, and higher redline.
