Is there a way to deactivate the auto downshifting when driving in the shiftable auto mode, when going around corners I would normally downshift but I’m always cautious due to the car downshifting by itself. I have downshifted at the same time as the car and it brings me down both gears, almost money shifting which isn’t good. Any help is appreciated

Switch to manual mode to shift instead of manually shifting while in automatic mode. You can't deactivate it.
