Well I'll be talking my q50s back to the dealer tomorrow because both my screens are blank and have not turned on in 4 days. Had the recall done about a month ago and had no problems with intouch. The other night I went to the store was listening to the radio came back out turned the car in and the screens have not worded since. Tried volume reset and thought while I was installing Stillen intake and had battery disconnected that maybe they would come back on ??

happens to my car all the time. But comes back on for me if i turn it off and back on. i have started making videos of this to be able to show the dealer. Not that that does any good. Had a new one the other day where the reverse camera would not turn on, but it was pretty cold so I gave that a pass. But all this is getting pretty old.
It happened a few times to me before and it would come back on, but I've driven the car multiple times and no luck. I thought the cold might have something to do with it since im in PA so I haven't ruled that out yet
Dropped my car off yesterday to have the screens looked at, they called me and said they will have to order parts hopefully it'll be done by Tuesday. The service manager did say something about the 2016's using the operating system from the M and FX.
