*stands up*
Hi, I'm Rich, I'm a poser and apparently I'm on the highway to ****.
After finally getting my plates (we need a front one in MN...uggh) I installed them with some decent, real-deal carbon fiber plate frames.
They looked a little too plain-jane in my eyes so I embellished them a bit with some Nismo badges.
Since they're more emblem than sticker, they should be good for at least 7-10 HP each, right? (Vs. the standard 5 for a sticker.)
I've never been accused of being able to leave well enough alone, so on went the IPL badge on the decklid.
I'll probably ditch the AWD badge, it's getting a little emblem-heavy back there.
So my son walks up right after I get done with this and says:
"Wouldn't that be just like putting a "M" badge on a non-M bimmer? That should get you at least to the third circle of ****."
So I got that going for me. >
