Just in case anyone is on the fence about getting this for the car, I'll admit I was hesitant at first. Now I wish I had gotten it earlier.
I love this unit. Its been working great and I barely use my radio or anything InTouch related.
I've set mine up with my SlingPlayer, Netflix, Kodi, Spotify and SoundCloud and its everything I need to enjoy entertainment in the car again.
I just have to spend some time and create a custom skin to use with NovaLauncher to make it feel less like a tablet and more like part of the car.
I've had no performance issues with it, assuming you're not running multiple things at the same time. Most times I'm using one app for music and that's it.
I've seen Google Maps performance as sluggish at some times, but I dont use it at much. I use mine mostly for entertainment and its working great.
So far I have mine tethered to my phone, using Tasker on my phone to turn on my HotSpot whenever my phone connects to my car via BlueTooth. Tasker also disabled my mobile HotSpot on my phone when I disconnect from my car over BT so that's been working great.
I'd really like some other method of using internet, like a mobile hotspot in my car, still looking into options for that.

This device was worth the $$ and makes me like the car again, after the let down by Infiniti and lack of Development for the InTouch.
I hope Infiniti is looking at Android Auto / Apple Car play for next years models because this InTouch was a complete failure. Not to mention, having one of the first Q50's on the road and the numerous problems I had with it when I first got mine.
