I have a 2014 Q50. My screen says audio off and I have no radio. I went to self diagnostic and I saw that the audio head unit does not have a green connection. Has anyone dealt with the same thing? I cant figure out whats wrong with my audio. What is the audio head unit? View attachment 120509

Most likely your AV control unit is faulty as that is what it's referring to.

Yes, that's the A/V control unit and there's lots of them for sale on eBay for around $100 or so. I'm not saying with 100% certainty that's your problem but it most likely is given your symptoms.
