Back again and ran into a little problem when attempting to hook up jb4. Burger has been helpful and so quick to try and help out - AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Followed simple videos samples no problem. Had everything set in place within 15 mins. Proceed to connect both sensors to designated locations.I then went for a drive and instantly felt almost no boost similar to ecomode also, check engine light appeared along with front sonar error messages. Turned around and went right back home. Started car back up a few times and tried to troubleshoot. Emailed back and forth with burger and now waiting for it to cool down outside. Disconnected jb4 sensors and connected oem and started car and noticed that now sonar error is off but ran separate obd2 scanner and found following codes.

Not sure where I made a mistake, I was really excited to try out jb4 .. but that'll have to wait. I need to get her running. Thoughts?

P0106 - Manifold absolute pressure/barometric pressure sensor circuit. There's a difference between the intake manifold air pressure and estimated intake manifold air pressure.

P0235 - Turbo boost sensor "A" circuit . Excessively low voltage from the Bank 1 (passenger side) boost sensor sent to the ECM.

P0236 - Turbo boost sensor "A" circuit. Boost pressure signal sent from Bank 1 sensor is out of specified range.

P0237 - Turbo boost sensor "A" circuit. Excessively low voltage from the Bank 1 boost sensor sent to the ECM.

I would guess these DTCs were tripped somehow by your JB4 while it was connected. They are all on the passenger side turbo.

When the DTCs were thrown, the ECM goes into fail-safe mode. That's most likely why you experienced loss of power. Doesn't sound like you've driven the car since you put the stock harness back on. Go drive the car for a bit after resetting the DTCs and check with your OBDII scanner after driving to see if the DTCs have cleared.

You should check the JB4 harness connectors that go to the passenger side for any bent pins or pins that have been pushed back in the connector. Even if the pins look ok you could still have a harness problem that isn't allowing the JB4 to communicate properly with the ECM.

You are correct ! This is what I found - pin missing from passenger side. I will reach out to burger to see what we can do about that.

I'll clear codes and try to drive again... I tried to drive it earlier but still felt really sluggish.
I had a pin get pushed partially out when I disconnected my JB1 for dealership warranty work a long time ago. When I plugged the harness back in, I guess the pin moved just enough to not be lined up with the connector's female socket and it pushed the pin back just enough to not make contact. When I started the car and drove it, it went into fail-safe mode and threw similar DTC's IIRC. I pulled the connectors apart and happened to see the pin didn't stick out as far as the rest of the pins in one of the connectors. I reseated the pin, cleared the DTCs and all was well.

Is your pin actually missing or has it been pushed back into the connector?
