I ordered the unit, and he shipped it the same day as I made payment. After a few hiccups through no fault of Sam or myself, and excellent customer service to help get the system to work, I can say the unit is very easy to install, even for the non-tech people. You will only need a phillips head screwdriver to remove 2 screws that holds the entire gear shifter piece, and center vents in place, and 2 screws to hold the two touch screens in place, everything else is pulled apart by hand with a bit of force. The main issue, as he has said before is how you plan to route the wires, and tuck everything away to look nice and neat.
can you confirm if you can install WAZE map? and if you will have the navigation and alerts voice? I'm ready to purchase

Yes you can install Waze, and any other app from the play store as long as it is compatible with the current software version. From what I have seen and played around with, the unit acts like an Android tablet...I'm an Apple only user, so I am still getting used to using a Droid. There is a small speaker and mic that comes with the package that you can hookup (I did not as of yet), that I am going to assume will give/allow you voice commands.

Do not install speaker. It's there if you wanna run a sound system that doesn't use stock wiring.

I finally found the instructions I have on how to take the center console apart. If something is not clear or confusing on what to do, just ask, and I will try to help you out. Taking it apart for the first time will probably take about 15-20min, as I am sure you may be trying to be very careful and gentle with your baby LOL.

Awesome! Thank you so much! This should help the people who pulled the trigger on it already a lot. As for the ones afraid Of taking their car apart (I don't blame you) I will be making a video on how to install this as soon as I'm allowed back in the city.

@SAMzQ50s managed to fix the flickering, somehow I flipped the VLCD cable and is good now..
one more question how did you manage to get the AUX audio? did you plug the AV or was it from the MULTI??

I believe it was from the Multi, same cable as you connect the GPS and switch to. You should see the audio connector on there. You will need an RCA to 3.5 cable. Mine did not include one.

To put it under the cupholder area, you have to put it an angle down into the gap on the driver side. I have mine installed in the same area as in Sam's video.

Also, not sure how fast Sam may reply to any questions, as the fire evacuation order in Ft McMurray has been lifted in some areas of where he lives, so he may be a bit busy with that.
