I have a 2014 Q50. My screen says audio off and I have no radio. I went to self diagnostic and I saw that the audio head unit does not have a green connection. Has anyone dealt with the same thing? I cant figure out whats wrong with my audio. What is the audio head unit?

Did you press the volume button longer to turn off the system? Or is "Audio OFF" always displayed, even if you press the button for about three seconds?
