Could be the motor mounts, knock from low/poor quality oil, dirty air filters/loose intakes or it could be spark plugs.... So lots of reasons.

All of that is easy to check save for the spark plugs so I'd say do that, if you don't find anything thing tech check things out
soon as ya can.

 

Thanks BigHeadClan for your input..... they say the Q50 spark plugs last long time, nevertheless , I will go ahead check them out.

 

If you don't have performance problems under acceleration, it's likely not plugs.

Knock from low oil would create quite a bit of noise long before the engine started vibrating, dirty air filters wouldn't cause this at all, ever.

It's possibly a fuel injector issue, though you'd likely also have a rough idle. Not quite a misfire, but more vibration than normal.

Anyway, I tend to lean toward motor mount, but this is easy to check.

I'm leaning towards this with the motor mount being a possibility also. The hybrids do very little idling. And mainly when cold. Under those conditions the fuel flow is increased so a marginal injector would not be noticed.

I hate to sound like a broken record but I will anyway. Something cheap and easy to try would be a 20oz. bottle of Techron. Then run out that tank of fuel. I have seen that make a difference more than once or twice on cars with a few miles on them. It can't possibly hurt.

A third possibility is shudder caused by uneven engagement of the dry clutch when moving from a stop.

 

TBH the best advice is to take your vehicle to a reputable mechanic or the dealer so they can inspect it in person. I have no doubt that many of us on here have a good amount of mechanical knowledge, but without seeing the car we are just throwing ideas out there. Good luck!

I toke my care for service 70,000 km and they told me that the shake is from dirty fuel injector, and it will cost $330 to clean them.

 

But you wouldn't spend $12.00 and take my advice?

 

Seems like running a bottle of injector cleaner through the tank would have been a cheaper try initially.

 

If they were so bad that they were 'badly blocked', you definitely would have noticed a performance decrease.

BTW, an injector cleaning service shouldn't cost more than $150 or so, but generally less. I used to do them for $60.

 

From what I've seen, there's no canned cleaner that will correct injectors that are that badly plugged.

However, I'm concerned that he bought injectors that he didn't need. I suppose there could be a happy place where it's so bad it can't be cleaned, but not so bad that it didn't cause a performance issue.

 

That's because service departments make more money on selling new injectors and installing them rather than cleaning and flow testing the existing injectors. Of course, we don't know the details on the injectors so they may be beyond conventional cleaning.

Like the chinese merchadise, sell for less money but selling more items. It also pays in the end.
